Joe's Gym is a family owned and operated independent gym. We pride ourselves on making sure that all members feel welcome, whether you are a novice exerciser or you have been going to the gym for years.
We have flexible membership rates with NO CONTRACTS. You can pay for one-off daily visits from £3 or pay up-front for a year at a time. Our best value membership for regular gym users is less than 66p per day!
For accelarated results we offer personal training. Sessions are priced according to the number of sessions paid for and the experience of the trainer you wish to use. ALL personal trainers are qualified. Prices start from £15 per hour.
To increase your chances of success we advise members to do a variety of activites. You can have a swim in our 17.5m pool and take part in some of our free exercise classes, click here for times.
If you are suffering from sore muscles and joints we offer sports massage therapy. If your injury is mopre complicated we have chartered physiotherapist located at the gym. PHYSIOFITNESS are based at AFC Bournemouth. They work at Joe's Gym every Wednesday and Friday from 2pm. Call Declan direct on 01929 498 346 to book your appointment.
Our GP Referral Prescription for Exercise Program is now full active. Ask your GP about how exercise may help if you suffer from osteoporosis, arthritis, hypertension, anxiety or depression, lower back pain, impaired fasting glycaemia, obesity and other chronic conditions. You may qualify for our discounted daily rate.
